Ziyaad Desai

Assistant Commissioning Editor, Sky

Ziyaad is an Assistant Commissioning Editor working across Sky’s Documentary, Nature, and Crime channels.

Before joining Sky, Ziyaad worked as a filmmaker, producing and directing documentaries for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Warner Bros, Netflix, Amazon and Sky.

His credits include the BBC’s Bad Influencer: The Great Instacon, Netflix’s Caught Out and Sky’s Mother Teresa: For the Love of God? Ziyaad’s work has been nominated for Royal Television Society, Edinburgh New Voice, Grierson, and Broadcast Digital awards.
