Ursula Romero is an accomplished broadcast executive, executive producer and film director with over two decades of experience delivering large-scale international sports productions. Throughout her career, she has played a leading role in some of the world's most prestigious sporting events, including multiple Olympic and Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cups, Pan American Games, European Games, Invictus Games and The World Games.

With extensive expertise in host broadcasting, broadcast operations, quality assurance and multi-platform content delivery, Ursula is recognised for combining technical excellence with cinematic storytelling, creating live sports coverage that is both visually compelling and emotionally engaging. Her experience spans strategic planning, production leadership and international broadcast coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Her work also bridges the worlds of sports media and creative production, with credits on internationally recognised films and documentaries. She currently serves on the Global Esports Federation's Digital, Technology & Innovation Commission and the UIPM TV Commission, contributing to the future of sports media and innovation.
