Throughout her career, she has played a leading role in some of the world's most prestigious sporting events, including multiple Olympic and Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cups, Pan American Games, European Games, Invictus Games and The World Games.
With extensive expertise in host broadcasting, broadcast operations, quality assurance and multi-platform content delivery, Ursula is recognised for combining technical excellence with cinematic storytelling, creating live sports coverage that is both visually compelling and emotionally engaging. Her experience spans strategic planning, production leadership and international broadcast coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

She currently serves on the Global Esports Federation's Digital, Technology & Innovation Commission and the UIPM TV Commission, contributing to the future of sports media and innovation.
