Marketing & Communications Manager

Tanya has worked in the broadcast and entertainment industry for over 14 years with a range of experience in marketing, events, project/account management and advocating diversity. She has worked with the BBC, Cheltenham Literature and Jazz Festivals, International Broadcasting Convention, Gritty Talent, British Arrows, Wildscreen and Icon Films. She also worked for Sundog Media Toolkit, managing projects to create automated cloud native tools for the versioning of packaged media (DCP & IMF) and building relationships with leading Hollywood Studios and UK broadcasters.

She currently works for Pebble as their Marketing and Communications Manager, where they deliver automation, playout and management solutions to the broadcast community. Tanya is a board member of Rise – having been a mentee in their 2019 cohort - and has hosted and produced many of the episodes featured in their ‘In Conversation With’ webinar series, interviewing women in senior leadership roles from ITV, The Financial Times and the BBC. Tanya achieved a Level 6 CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing, was nominated as a Breakthrough Leader for The TV Collective’s leadership programme and graduated from the Wonder Women in TV Mentoring Programme.
