Emily Wilson is an award-winning TV format creator, development AP and podcast producer. In 2024, Emily won the inaugural edition of “Banijay Launch”, an accelerator program run by Banijay Entertainment, supporting female creators with promising new unscripted television formats.

Emily has spent her career developing long and short-form content, working with leaders in the media industry including Canon, Lemontank, Sony Music Entertainment, Platform Media, The Guardian and Future Commerce.

Also a panel moderator, Emily has chaired panels at industry events including MPTS, The Podcast Show, and The International Women’s Podcast Festival.
