Elaine Nankervis is an Emmy Award-winning production and operations leader with more than 20 years' experience delivering world-class sports broadcasting, documentaries, live events and premium factual programming. She has held senior production leadership roles across major broadcasters, streamers and production companies, leading complex, high-value productions for organisations including Netflix, DAZN, Warner Bros. Discovery, BBC, Amazon, FIFA and UEFA. 

Currently Production Lead for The Rest is Football for Netflix and Goalhanger's 2026 FIFA World Cup 40 show series, Elaine has built a reputation for combining editorial excellence with outstanding operational leadership, overseeing large-scale budgets, international teams and innovative production workflows. Previous roles include Head of Production & Operations at Noah Media Group, where she led the delivery of award-winning films, documentaries and major international sporting events.

An Emmy Award winner, Broadcast Sport Award winner and Sports Journalism Award winner, Elaine is passionate about championing excellence across the industry. She has also served as a Broadcast Sport Awards judge for five consecutive years, bringing extensive expertise in production, innovation, leadership and storytelling to the judging process.
