Workerbee's Benjamin Hirsch is one of the top up and coming British documentary directors. His biggest job to date is the epic 5 year project 'Janet Jackson’ which opened the doors to the very private world of the youngest Jackson sibling through exclusive interviews and never-before-seen archive. The series received rave reviews.

It was his second feature project after the critically acclaimed 'Bruno Vs Tyson' which revealed the rollercoaster story of these two troubled boxers and debuted as Sky's highest rating original documentary in 2021. He has also directed ‘Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix’, the NTA winning ‘Molly Mae: Behind It All’ and ‘That Peter Crouch Film' for Amazon Prime; adventure reality series 'The Bridge' for Channel 4 and HBO Max, and 'Idris Elba: Fighter' for Discovery.

As well as directing, Ben has exec produced ‘Four Kings’ for Amazon Prime which scooped a Broadcast Sport award and a North West RTS award.
