Ben has been working in development for over two decades, either as a Development Executive at the likes of Wall to Wall, True North, Cineflix and The Garden, or as Head of Development at Raw, Spun Gold and Wag Entertainment.

He has devised and developed a wide range of critically acclaimed programming for UK, US and global streaming channels - earning Grierson nominations as well as RTS and BAFTA wins for series such as The Yorkshire Ripper Files (BBC).

Ben has worked across all genres in development from true crime to history to celebrity-hosted docs to factual entertainment to documentary series (“7/7: Hunting The London Bombers” for Netflix).

Passionate about sport and sports programming all his life, he has developed a variety of sports content - from devising the first documentary series to feature boxer Amir Khan (“Amir Khan’s Angry Young Men” for Channel 4) to recent projects including the explosive hidden story of a world-renowned athlete and the biopic of another iconic boxer.
